David Cofield came early to Kiev in order to visit IMB missionaries in L'viv, Tim and Donna Akers. So we had an unusual treat on Friday evening when we had two professors here at the same time. Along with teaching the course on Leadership, David is also leading our marriage retreat. Because his wife could not accompany him on this trip, fellow missionary Linda Ray is leading the ladies part of the marriage retreat. Joel, David and Linda are shown here preparing "goodie" bags for each couple... of course they are mostly geared to the wives. We want to send a huge thank you to the Sunday School classes in Crossroads Baptist Church for providing the bags and lovely things to go in them. 

It was a lot more work than we thought getting the bags ready... but so much fun knowing how much the couples were going to enjoy them. Below are 3 tired but happy workers.
