 Wednesday afternoon the Hathcock girls came over to help me plant a lot of plants that I had started from seed in my kitchen windows.
 Mom Kimberly came along too and helped Sophia use her shovel and rake (sandbox variety) to great advantage.
 They were very quick learners and we had all the plants in the ground and watered almost before you could blink an eye.
 As soon as we were finished we went up to the apartment and had invisible koolaid and chocolate chip cookies! The girls have promised to come back and help me pick flowers later on this summer. Sophia is looking forward to eating pumpkin seeds from the pumpkins we planted!
